Fans go crazy over Lee Min-ho

Having swooned over his leading roles on the small screen, it must have been a dream come true for many fans who attended the meet-and-greet session with Lee Min-ho recently

The proclamation “Oppa, saranghaeyo” (“I love you, my beloved”) was uttered carelessly to the actor during the hour-long event hosted by Osim Malaysia.

The host of the day even jokingly said that it’s OK for the married ahjummas (a Korean term for older women) in the crowd to forget about their husband in the presence of Lee.

On that day, some chosen female fans got the chance to play games with the actor on stage.

The stage activities – from having Lee apply lipstick on their good self to feeding them dessert – provided the lucky ladies a chance to be in close proximity with the man.

Invites to the event were limited though, with some fans securing passes by winning a contest that required them to pose creatively with a life-size cutout of Lee at Osim outlets.

While the event at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre was an exclusive affair, the man’s public appearance in Singapore the previous day had thousands of fans packing all four floors of the Causeway Point mall.
